CURRENT CASE CHALLENGE

Overview: We are in the process of creating a plan to build an exciting new site - HRbloggers.com - which will primarily serve as a news and information aggregation site, in addition to creating an online community for HR and Recruiting professionals. There are several sites in existence today, but none that compare with what we've got in the works. A majority of these are on and can be seen via the Ning technology platform, which specifically not of interest for this project / site.
The key for this case will be the recommendations of what's needed in building a successful community overall, including the research behind it and the plans to achieve to goals.
